Rules for IBCC attestation
The IBCC Attestation Portal allows you to schedule an appointment or choose the courier option.
- Before sending them to IBCC attestation for attestation all SSC or HSSCs diplomas or or Shahadat ul Saanviat ul Khasa and mark sheets school leaving certificates etc.the documents shall be confirmed by the previous issuing authority like your bise or Board of Intermediate Matric and Secondary Education or Board of Technical Education. First you need to attest your documents from the related board like Sahiwal,Multan etc.
- Only certifications that have been validated by the relevant issuing body will be attested by IBCC attestation. Verification must be sent with the application for certificate attestation in the sealed envelope of the relevant Board.
- The validity of the verification that each Board sends out is six months from the date of issue.
- Only private schools or colleges and institutions that are registered with the Directorate of Education are associated.with a Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education like matric or college or a Board of Technical Education shall have their certificates attested.
- Before submitting the document to IBCC attestation the applicant will have it validated by the appropriate BISE or BTE Directorate of Education etc.
- He will present evidence of this affiliation or registration such as a copy of the letter or certificate of affiliation or registration.
- If the certificate is considered to be real or geniune in all respects and meets the requirements of the IBCC attestation and BISE and Government respective institution.it will be attested and given on the same working day as the deposit date.
- A copy of the secondary school or Matric Certificate must be deposited for the IBCC attestation for the HSSC Certificate or Diploma.
- In the event that a certificate requires explanation a doubt or any fact or particular thing that is unclear it will be attested after verification and meeting the relevant conditions.
If any certificate submitted to IBCC attestation is found to be fake or spaming following verification it will be rejected and will not be returned to the applicant and appropriate action will be taken against the applicant or holder of the certificate in accordance with IBCC Rules. - Attestation of original certificates is very necessary.
- A photocopy of the certificate will be attested following the attestation of the original certificate.
- Certificates for attestation will be submitted by applicants from Punjab Sindh Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Baluchistan to IBCC Regional Offices which are situated in all Provincial Headquarters including Quetta Peshawar Lahore Bahawalpur and Karachi. Phone numbers and fax numbers for regional offices along with the applicant name or designation address.
- Attestation for Certificates will only be accepted from the certificate holder blood relation like parents brothers and sisters.
- Attested certificates will only be delivered to the certificate bearer their parents brothers and sisters.
- Please remove the plastic coating before depositing the certificate. Certificates containing plastic coating will not be accepted.
- Please acquire a Challan Form from the Window Office to deposit the fee in a bank. It is free of price.
- A fee of Rs1200 will be paid for the attestation of each original certificate or document from June 1 2023.
- A fee of Rs600 will be paid for the attestation of each copy of the original certificate or document from June 1 2023.
- Fees placed in the bank are non refundable.
- The timing from submitting application forms is from 900 hours to 1600 hours on all working days except Friday.
- Delivery Time (same day as deposit) on all working days.
- Visiting hours are from 1000 to 1400 hours on all working days, except Fridays. On Fridays visitation hours are from 1000 to 1200 hrs.
- All staff will take a lunch and prayer break in accordance with government standards.

Requirements for Attesting an SSC/HSSC Certificate.
- Remove the plastic coating before depositing certificates for attestation.
- First verify certificates from the issuing boards.
- Fill out the Online Application Form for Attestation.
- Deposit the specified attestation fee with United Bank Limited UBL.
- Visit the IBCC office at the appointed time bringing.The certificates you want to attest and the verified certificates from the relevant Exam Board or authority in a sealed envelope.
- B Form or CNIC of the applicant.
Requirements for Attestation of School Leaving Certificates.
- The school has released a progress report.
- School Leaving Certificate fully attested by Edu or DEO or the relevant Directorate of Education.
- CNIC or B Form for the Applicant.
Note: Grades 9 and 10 showing as passed through the school.That are not entertain able because these grades must be passed through an external test organization.
